Privacy for partners and collaborators
This notice explains how More Bounce Media (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you take part in our programs for partners and collaborators, when you shop using a partner link or code, or when you otherwise interact with this Ambassador Center or our store.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to participate in an ongoing program. Additional rules may apply to specific programs below.
Who this notice covers
- Program participant — someone enrolled in an ongoing referral, affiliate, or similar program (usually with an account or personal link on this Ambassador Center).
- Campaign collaborator — someone we work with for a specific gift, content, or one-off collaboration (for example an influencer seeding campaign), even if you do not join an ongoing program or create a standing account.
- Referred visitor — someone who clicks a participant’s link, visits an offer page, or uses a referral or partner code on our store, including when you make a purchase.
If the same email address is used for more than one program or campaign, we may link that data under one identity for administration, fraud prevention, and support.
What we collect (general)
- Program participants & campaign collaborators: name, email, phone if provided, delivery address where relevant, program activity (such as link shares and reward history), and public social profile information where applicable.
- Referred visitors: technical data when you click a link or visit an offer page (such as IP address and browser information), and if you purchase, order-related data (such as name, email on the order, products, and amounts).
- Security: IP address, browser type, and related technical signals at key events.
How we use it
- Operate partner and ambassador programs — accounts, links, codes, rewards, and campaign fulfilment.
- Communicate with you about a program or campaign by email or SMS, according to our settings and your preferences.
- Attribute sales and calculate rewards or commissions.
- Prevent fraud, self-referral, and abuse.
- Provide support and improve our programs.
Sharing with AmbassadorFlow and other providers
We use AmbassadorFlow (operated by GrowSocial LTD) as our technology provider for these programs. AmbassadorFlow processes data on our instructions — including data about program participants, campaign collaborators, and referred visitors (such as IP address, browser data, and order or email details when a purchase or signup occurs). We also use service providers that help us send email or SMS and host this service. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep data
We keep data while a program or campaign is active and for as long as needed to operate it, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Whether or not you have a program account, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or object to certain processing, by contacting us at admin@plantersclub.org. This includes data related to a link you clicked, a code you used, or an order attributed to a partner. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Cookies
When you use this Ambassador Center, cookies may be stored to keep the site working, remember your session, and measure page use (some expire within about an hour; security-related cookies may last up to 30 days). When you shop on our store, additional cookies may remember an active referral or partner code (typically up to 60 days). Sales are primarily credited using the discount code applied to the order.
Customer Referral Program
This section applies to our customer referral program (refer-a-friend rewards).
- Program participants receive a personal referral link and/or discount code to share with friends.
- Referred visitors who use that link or code may have their visit and purchase data processed to confirm the referral and pay the reward.
- We may use technical checks (including cookies for up to 30 days and IP checks for up to 3 days) to help prevent self-referrals and fraud.
- Program rules are in our Terms.
Platform processing notice
Definitions
AmbassadorFlow means the partner and ambassador technology service, operated by GrowSocial LTD, a company registered in Malta (C 79065), trading as AmbassadorFlow.
Merchant means More Bounce Media, the operator of the programs described on this page.
Ambassador Center means this branded portal where program participants view links, rewards, and related materials.
Program participant means a person enrolled in an ongoing referral, affiliate, or similar program.
Campaign collaborator means a person engaged for a specific influencer, gift, or promotional campaign who may not have an ongoing program account.
Referred visitor means a person who interacts with a participant’s link or code, including by browsing or purchasing.
Parties and roles
The Merchant is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with these programs. AmbassadorFlow (GrowSocial LTD) acts as the Merchant’s data processor and processes personal data only on documented instructions from the Merchant. AmbassadorFlow’s general privacy information is at ambassadorflow.com/privacy.

Passwords, if any, are stored as secure, non-reversible hashes and are never stored in plain text.
Sources of personal data
The Merchant’s e-commerce platform transmits customer and order details to AmbassadorFlow via secure integrations when relevant events occur. The Ambassador Center and storefront integrations record limited technical data at key actions. Referred-visitor data is collected when someone clicks a tracked link, loads an offer page, or completes a purchase attributed to a code.
Attribution and cookies
- Sales attribution is primarily based on the discount or partner code applied to the order. Cookies are not required to credit a sale.
- On the Ambassador Center, functional cookies may maintain session state and measure page use (typically up to about one hour). Security cookies may last up to 30 days.
- On the Merchant’s store, referral or partner cookies may remember an active code (typically up to 60 days).
- These cookies support program operation under the Merchant’s legitimate interest. AmbassadorFlow does not set cross-site advertising trackers on the Ambassador Center.
Program emails and SMS
On the Merchant’s instructions, AmbassadorFlow may send program communications by email using SendGrid, or by SMS where enabled. The Merchant may alternatively use its own provider. Marketing-consent flags provided by the Merchant are honoured.
Legal bases (GDPR)
- Contract — program accounts, campaign fulfilment, and reward calculation.
- Legitimate interest — security, fraud detection, attribution, and essential communications.
- Legal obligation — accounting and tax compliance where applicable.
- Consent — only where the Merchant requires separate consent for non-essential marketing.
Fraud controls and program integrity
AmbassadorFlow assists the Merchant in identifying suspected abuse using indicators such as overlapping email, address, IP, user-agent, and timing patterns. Automated systems may hold or adjust rewards; manual review may occur. Where an automated decision materially affects you, you may request human review through the Merchant at admin@plantersclub.org.
The Merchant may maintain a block list of email addresses involved in abuse. If your address is on that list, it may be retained so you do not receive further program invitations, even if you later request erasure of other data.
Disclosures to service providers
- Infrastructure and hosting within the EEA (primarily Germany/Finland).
- Email/SMS delivery providers (for example SendGrid for email, where enabled).
- Payment/finance tools for payouts where applicable.
- Public authorities where required by law.

International transfers
Data used by the Ambassador Center is stored in the EEA. Where a provider operates outside the EEA/UK (for example email delivery), transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and appropriate safeguards as described on the sub-processor page linked above.
Retention
Personal data is retained while the Merchant uses AmbassadorFlow and the data is needed to operate the relevant program or campaign. When the Merchant stops using the service or a data-subject request is fulfilled, data is deleted or anonymised as required by applicable law. Financial records may be kept longer where required for accounting or tax.
Data subject rights
Requests to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port personal data should be directed to the Merchant at admin@plantersclub.org. AmbassadorFlow supports the Merchant in fulfilling such requests. Contact AmbassadorFlow at support@ambassadorflow.com for questions about how the technology processes data.
Security
AmbassadorFlow implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords where applicable, role-based access controls, and audit logging. The Merchant will be informed without undue delay of personal-data breaches relevant to these programs where required by law.
Eligibility
Ongoing programs are intended for persons aged 18 and over. They are not knowingly used to collect data from children under 18.
Domains and platforms
The Ambassador Center may operate on a domain provided by AmbassadorFlow or on a custom domain supplied by the Merchant. Equivalent data-protection controls apply for supported e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and WooCommerce.
